HERSPANIC ACHIEVEMENT CELEBRATION is an annual event held during Hispanic Heritage Month that celebrates and honors the achievements of Latinas.
Connecting achievements of the past with the present for the benefit of subsequent generations, HERspanic features lively entertainment by Latinas and in honor of Latinas mixed with multimedia presentations that recognize their accomplishments in education, science, industry, community activism, arts and culture. Each year, AfterDark CATV PRO’s celebration highlights individual women, a Latina led nonprofit organization or business that raises awareness, advances a social justice movement towards equality, highlights artistic expression and cultural maintenance, and preserve history and tradition.
As part of Hispanic Heritage Month, HERspanic is a celebration of culture, heritage, and unsung personal and professional contributions, promising to become the event of the year for Latinas.
